Techfirm Engineering is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing recruitment team in Switzerland.

What You Will Do
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage
- Partner closely with Business Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified engineering and technical professionals
- -Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- -Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Sourcing & Market Intelligence:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search
- -Map the Swiss engineering and life sciences market to identify key talent pools
- -Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- -Monitor recruitment trends and continuously improve sourcing techniques
- Business Partnership:
- Work closely with Business Managers to define recruitment strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- -2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
