YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU

We are looking for Cloud Managed Services Engineer to join our Cloud Services Team. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end management as well as technical support to debug diverse complex networking problems reported by the customer on the Versa hosted platform/solution.

• Help customers to solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity
• Replicate customer issues in a lab environment
• Work with engineering team to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes
• Work on problems of diverse scope across all solutions from Versa Networks
• Incident/ticket lifecycle management
• Setting up infrastructure
• Create knowledge articles
• Write bash/python scripts

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Solid knowledge on the VersaOne Platform (SASE, Security Service Edge, Advanced Security and Secure Network)
• Minimum two years of project implementation experience on the suite VersaOne Platform
• ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, L3 VPN – expert level
• TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW
• Good understanding of IPSec VPN/SSL-VPN/NAT/GRE
• Hands-on experience in anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content
• Understanding of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, threat map
• Experience in handling perimeter security, endpoint security, web and email security
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment
• Good understanding of virtualization, SaaS, IaaS and related technologies
• DevOps skills which include alerts monitoring and remediating issues
• Strong ability to diagnose server or network issues which will be complex in nature
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Debugging hardware & software system-level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol network environment
• Experience in Threat Analysis and Security Incident handling
• Log Source Onboarding of On-prem/Cloud
• Prior experience working in a TAC environment will be a plus.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• BS (MS Preferred) – IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Advanced Routing/switching skills/CCNP/CCIE skills or equivalent level of experience
• Versa certification (SD-WAN Associate / SD-WAN Specialist)
• Fluent in English
