Gestire, mantenere e sviluppare infrastrutture IT complesse, con particolare attenzione a SAP Basis, per l'intero ciclo di vita
Garantire un'elevata disponibilità del servizio, performance e stabilità in un ambiente operativo attivo 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, compresi i piani di emergenza e di prevenzione delle catastrofi
Pianificare, integrare e migrare nuovi sistemi, istanze e componenti infrastrutturali, nonché garantire la manutenzione e della documentazione
Analizzare e risolvere guasti, nonché garantire un rapido ripristino dei servizi IT nell'ambito dell'Incident e Request Management
Collaborare a progetti di infrastruttura e architettura, nonché coordinare Service Provider esterni e fornitori
Title of study in informatica (APF, SSS, SUP or university) or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
Years of experience in the management and development of complex IT infrastructures, preferably within SAP Basis / SAP environments
Good knowledge of infrastructure architecture, system integration, migration, Service Management and technical documentation
Ability to work analytically, structured and independently, as well as a high sense of responsibility, solution-seeking attitude and consulting skills
Good written and oral knowledge of an official language and passive knowledge of a second official language
