Mansioni principali
- Gestione check-in e check-out
- Inserimento e gestione prenotazioni
- Utilizzo del gestionale Protel
- Chiusura e gestione cassa
- Assistenza e accoglienza ospiti
- Supporto operativo al front office
Requisiti
- Esperienza nel settore alberghiero (preferibile)
- Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative
- Persona dinamica, affidabile e orientata al cliente
- Conoscenza delle lingue:
- Italiano e tedesco costituiscono un grande plus
- Gradita conoscenza dell'inglese
- Familiarità con software gestionali alberghieri, preferibilmente Protel
Offriamo

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams innerhalb einer renommierten Hotelgruppe suchen wir eine/n dynamische/n und motivierte/n Rezeptionist/in für die Sommersaison.
Wir bieten ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld sowie die Möglichkeit einer Weiterbeschäftigung für die Wintersaison.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Check-in und Check-out der Gäste
- Eingabe und Verwaltung von Reservierungen
- Arbeiten mit der Hotelsoftware Protel
- Kassenabschluss und Kassenführung
- Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Gäste
- Allgemeine Front-Office-Tätigkeiten
Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung in der Hotellerie von Vorteil
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Dynamische, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sprachkenntnisse:
- Deutsch und Italienisch sind ein großes Plus
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware, idealerweise Protel
