MV Compliance Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated Product Compliance & Certification Engineer to support global compliance and certification activities for our medium voltage drive products. In this role, you will ensure products meet international safety and regulatory standards, manage certification projects, and interface with third-party certification bodies. The ideal candidate has experience with product safety standards and a solid understanding of EMC compliance.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS

• Lead and coordinate product compliance and certification projects with external bodies (e.g., UL, TÜV, CSA).
• Ensure adherence to relevant international standards and directives (e.g., IEC, UL/CSA, CE, EMC).
• Support type testing, product documentation, and technical file creation.
• Review product designs for safety and compliance during development.
• Contribute to risk assessments and support failure mode analysis.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and standard updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in product certification or regulatory compliance (preferably for industrial or electrical products).
• Familiarity with international standards and directives (IEC, UL, CE, EMC).
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
